    Recruitment information
    We post job announcements for relevant ongoing or regular open recruitments on recruitment portal websites as needed. * Application available via e mail : sua.jo@fortinno.com

    Document screening
    Human Resources department and working-level departments review potential of new employees based on their resumes and cover letters, while we assess experienced employees through their resumes and career descriptions & portfolios.
  • 03
    Telephone interview
    We intensively verify position-related basic knowledge, field experience and potentials of the job applicants via telephone calls.
  • 04
    In-person interview with working-level staff
    We verify practical competencies assessed through telephone interviews and check the basic personality trait, qualities and organizational fit of job applicants. Then, finalize the first-round successful applicants within one week after the interviews for acceptance and notify them via phone and e mail.
  • 05
    Final selection
    We discuss the starting date and terms of employment with the successful applicants, and provide details regarding final acceptance and joining the company.
